What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the details of your event and your message.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and, if you go ahead, arrange your hire. We don't use it for marketing. We don't ask you to sign up to anything.

Who sees it

Only us, and Krystal, the company that hosts our website and carries our email. Our website is delivered through Cloudflare, which handles visits to it. If you book, you pay through Stripe, which handles your payment details. We never see your card number. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 12 months, then they are deleted.

Spam protection

To stop automated spam we briefly use your IP address to limit how often the form can be sent. We don't keep your IP address: it is turned into a scrambled label, and old labels are cleared out.

Cookies and analytics

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't follow you around other sites.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected].
