What silent disco hire costs, and what you get for it. Nothing is booked until we confirm by email.

Need a number in between? We price it at the next package up. For example, 15 headsets is priced as the 20-headset package. Need more than 30? We hold 40 headsets in total, so send an enquiry and we'll quote you.

What's not included
- Delivery and collection. In Brighton and Hove, £20 (£10 to drop off and £10 to pick up). Or collect the headsets yourself from Bevendean for a 24-hour hire, with nothing extra to pay. Elsewhere in Sussex, we'll confirm the cost in your quote.
- A DJ to run the night. A DJ to run the night (£50 per hour). The total depends on the hours, so we confirm it in your quote. You can also send us a Spotify playlist to play.
- Longer hire. The prices above are for one day. For longer, send an enquiry and we'll quote you.
Deposit
There's a refundable deposit of £100. You pay it, along with the full hire fee, when you book. We return it within a couple of days of the headsets being back with us. It is shown separately from the price and is not part of the total.
If a headset is damaged or lost, we charge £50 per headset, taken from your deposit. We only charge for real breakage or loss, not normal wear.
Late returns
Collection and return are between 9am and 8pm. Up to 2 hours late costs £50. More than 2 hours late is charged as an extra day's hire.
Cancelling
Cancel at least one week before your event for a full refund. After that, there is no refund.
VAT
We're not VAT-registered, so there is no VAT to add to these prices.
